Return & Refund Policy

At Kitostove, we want you to love every meal you cook with our tools. If a product isn’t quite the right fit for your kitchen, we are here to help make things right.

30-Day Return Window
  • We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
  • To start a return, please reach out to us directly. You can contact our team via:

    Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Marketplace Purchases

Please note that if you purchased a Kitostove product through a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart), you must follow the specific return policy and process of that platform. We are unable to directly process returns for items bought outside of kitostove.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping Costs

We want to make sure the return process is as fair as possible:

    • Our Mistake: If we sent you the wrong item, or if the product arrived damaged or defective, Kitostove will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back to us at no cost to you.

    • Customer Choice: If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or simply no longer need the item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
